Ilsa was very professional right from the beginning of our consultations with her - she listened carefully to the dreams we had in mind and assisted us tremendously in making practical recommendations regarding the physical design and layout of our new home (many points which we as "lay/unqualified" people would not have picked up on, which resulted in an awesome outcome at the end of the project. As far as the creative side goes, Ilsa was so great in advising us on the soft furnishings, colours, artwork, etc - we now feel it's "our" home in our style and choices, not "somebody else's". She has a brilliant team and they took such a burden off our shoulders with the moving in, as they hung the curtains, the headboards, the mirrors, cleaned the place, made beds etc etc! She also always delivered timeously on her promises! All in all a 5 star performance indeed! We will most definitely recommend her services to all! Thank YOU!
